To explore the technical knowledge of esoteric to exoteric, here is an open platform to all engineers, scientists, manufacturers and students to disseminate all the technical concepts and knowledge by becoming a member of Indian society for manufacturing engineers and join together as a family to explore all the pros and cons of manufacturing.
The Indian society for manufacturing Engineers offers multifaceted opening for persons and organizations for becoming members and to avail of various privileges. Each member, whichever category we belong is devoted to the entire success of the SME by exploring and advancing the study, the practice and the research of Manufacturing Science and Technology.
The different classes of “Members” have to be registered by applying in the prescribed form. The membership form can be collected from the SME office (Department of Mechanical Engineering) at National Engineering College and at all SME chapters nearest to the residing places of the persons and can be downloaded. After scrutinizing the filled registration form by the committed members, the membership requisition will be accepted and the selection of membership will be intimated to the respective members within a week from the date when the members has applied for registration bare to be duly proposed for membership.
